12oz bottle
A- Poured into a pint glass. Pours a clear copper color with an off-white head with great lacing and retention.
S- The malty aroma features caramelized malts and citrusy hops. The aroma is definitely on the faint side, it's not bad just very subdued.
T- The taste like the aroma is malty up front with more bitterness in the finish than expected from the hops.
M- The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation.
O- Overall, Spring Fling is a pretty decent beer that is worth a try.

Pours a clear pale amber producing 3 fingers of off-white, frothy somewhat lasting head that leaves a thick ring with strings of lace. Aroma is biscuit, mildly toasted white bread with hints of butter, nuts, caramel, fruit, floral and grass. Taste is similar to the nose but sweeter with much more hop character than expected from the nose: honey and brown sugar joins the caramel on the sweet side with floral/herbal, citrus and resinous hops in the bitterness profile. Finishes a little dry, peppery and bittersweet which develops into a leafy, dark tea like bitterness in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, silky, smooth and a little chewy with a moderate to high carbonation bite.

330ml bottle brought back from New York City with a ABV of 5.2%. Pours a reddish brown colour with a beige head. Aromas of caramel, earth & malt. Tastes of caramel, orange peel, biscuit, pine & earth with a aftertaste that is medium malty caramel bitterness.

Pours a clear copper with 1/2 finger head with decent retention. Smells mildy hoppy and malty. Tastes earthy, malty, and bitter. Good mouthfeel. Feels bland overall.

Look- The ale poured an awesome darker red brown copper with no haze detectable. Looked like a great copper/amber ale.
Smell- Like they said, it is a hoppy copper ale, so nothing too suprising; you get a deep smell of malts and that hint of citrus hops at the end.
Taste- has a bit of that biscut character supplimented with sweet malt flavor. The hops taste of a subdued citrus and leaving just a hint of bitterness in your mouth. As it got warmer a hint of spicyness came out at the end.
Feel- It feels like a medium bodied and medium carbonated ale. very nice, not too thin not too thick.
Overall- This was a great buy, would easliy drink this ale any day. The hoppy flavor of this ale makes it stand out against other copper ales that I have had before. I have been on a IPA binge lately and this ale really hit the spot with it's sweet malt character and slight bitter bite of hops at the end.
