Poured into pint glass
A: Cloudy, white fluffy head. Hazy orange body with a reddish/pink hue.
S: Heavy citrus, ripe tangerine, soft mellow fruits. Bready grains.
T/M: Thin body, dry paper feel. Slight hop bitterness blends well with a distinct tangerine character. Extremely well balanced. The rye enhances a malt body to fight off a potent hop punch.
O: A very mild rye ale. The body does not do the rye component justice. The flavor of hops and type of dry malts do not bring out the best of the rye.
Serving type: on-tap
