This is a beautiful, art nouveau bar located outside the Petit Ring to the Northeast. Apparently it used to be a masonic temple, but was then rennovated as a rather eccentric home, and now a delightful restaurant featuring French food and a decent beer list. Some friends and I took a few beers in what apparently used to be the garden, next to the bar. Most of the Trappists are represented, including Wesvleteren, though there's not a lot here in terms of either quantity or surprises. Still, the service is friendly and the food is excellent. Expensive, but worth the atmosphere. And, hey, you gotta eat too, right?

I think this place is fantastic, it is just such a surprise when you enter, the decor is wonderful and my wife and I loved it.
The beers were great, not a large choice, but you are here for the food and a nose around really aern't you?
Ask if you can see the back room if you go, it is bookable for small functions and is beautiful. The lady that showed us round had worked there for over 20 years and was justly proud of her workplace, the place is a joy.
As its name suggests it is the ultimate hallucination, trust me, go and see.
