On tap at Bar Volo. Beautiful tartness and great drinkability, although some afterburn on my lips. Crabapple. A little lemon peel. Cloudy looks. Bigger mouthfeel. Brett gives a touch of sweetness, a good summer beer. Make it again. Neutral aroma.Another Ian bullseye.

On tap at Volo.

Beer is an opaque dark golden. Small white head.

Smell consists of brett, funk, floral notes and a bit of ginger. Some fruit scents as well, peach perhaps. A dry smell.

Taste has brett, tart fruit. peach, plum. Sour. Some ginger is present, particularly in the finish. A bit of spice.

Light bodied, moderate to high carbonation. A bit too tingly. Quite refreshing.

Overall, good. Started out OK but grew on me. Nice on a hot day.
