Appearance: Dark chestnut; big cream-colored head
Aroma: Malty; roasted grain; slight spice; dried fruit
Taste: Pretty well-balanced; juicy, sweet start; slightly bitter finish; ending with slightly salty flavor
Remarks: Did not score A, T, S, M at that time; disregard those scores

50cl bottle poured into Spaten seidel
BBE 13 Oct 2011
A- Mahogany body with ruby red highlights. Excellent clarity. Head is thick 3 fingers, head retention and lacing are good.
S- Toffee and toasted malts. Hint of almond
T - Caramel sweeter malts up front with a hint of toasted malts coming through in the creamy full bodied finish.
M- Low to medium carbonation, full body
D- Tasty bock. Not a deep complexity of malts and lacks carbonation due to age im guessing. Not bad.

12-01-06, Nice yellowish head and a dark brown beercollor. Nose is mega carramellic and almost candysweet with fine hopnose and even some esters from fermentation. Overal fresh and tasty and alcohol not noticable. Taste is also good having again lots of caramel, lots of malt, good moderate bitterness and again caramel in witch this brew seemd to be dipped. Fine creamy carramellic mouthfeel and an absolute pleasure to drink IMO.
