A 330ml bottle with a BB of March 2018 (brewed March 2016; batch 1601). Acquired a while back from M&S. BB date notwithstanding, this is probably a bit old.
A: Poured into a tulip. Bottle conditioned. A hazy deep amber colour with fine suspended sediment and good carbonation. Yields a large head of frothy white foam that lasts for a minute or two before reducing to a patchy surface layer. Some lacing.
S: Aroma of subtle fruity hops with hints of mild citrus, grass/hay, faint herbs, earthy yeast, vague pale malt and a touch of barley sugar. Decent but unexpressive.
T: Tastes of light, fruity hops with notes of mild citrus, herbs, grass/hay, leafiness, earthy yeast, subtle pale malt and a hint of grain. Very dry, followed by a crisp bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with spritzy carbonation and decent body. Somewhat astringent. Aftertaste of earthy yeast, subtle aromatic hops, leafy bitterness and vague pale malt.
O: OK though not outstanding. Looks alright, while the aroma and flavour are an uninspired mix of light aromatic hops, earthiness and pale malt. Body is nice enough. Given the brew date, the hop character has probaby faded somewhat. Drinkable but probably deserves to be sampled with less age on it.

Bottle poured into schooner glass.
Pours a mid orange with pale cream head. Loads of yeast left in the bottle. Smells quite biscuity with heavy citrus. Pretty intense but very pleasant bitterness on the palate. Well carbonated. I could sink a few; a great "food beer". Cheers

Hazy orange with a medium head that remains for a while. Appears quite carbonated. Some fruit in the nose, plus something else not immediately apparent, a slight farmyard aroma that I like. Absoulutely delicious first taste. Not sure how to describe the flavour – definitely malty, possibly caramel, but there is also an earthiness to it, one I like a lot. Although the fruit is there, it certainly isn't the dominant taste for me. A reasonable amount of bitterness but well balanced. Not too much carbonation in the mouth, though a little frothy.

Pours slightly hazy, gold, small head
very light fresh aroma
More to flavour, obvious centennial influence. Dry, mineral finish. Medium bitterness
really should punch much more with 6% behind it, it tastes like a middling, 3.6% golden ale.

Large bottle poured into a stemmed glass. L: Amber color, good white carbonation. S: Moderate hop aroma, floral, pine. T: Definitely an assertive APA out of Norway with good bitterness. Moderate, clean malt, but nice resinous bitters coming through throughout. F: Medium body. O: I'm excited to try other beers from Nogne O. Solid take on an APA.

This is an interesting brew, mixes of care me and honey and some fruit, likely centennial, has an almost sugary fruityness. The hops also have a grassy taste, that lead to a distinct earthy finish. This is a mix of English ipa and pale ale, not an APA for sure but judged as an EIPA or PA this is nice a tad sweet for me but we'll within the style. The use of Marris Otter make a nice cracker sweet malt where where the hops bring a fruity earthyness. A little muddled for me but others I'm with love the almost honey and fruit taste.

When pouring, a huge storm of bubbles rise up from the bottom of the glass, big head, dark blonde colour. Not a lot in the nose, something biscuity, hints of orange.
On first sipp mainly hoppy bitterness, once again the bicuits are there, just the faintest hints of orange. The taste reminds me a bit of the smell spruce trees, not the most pleasant thing.
On the thin side, could use a bit more carbonation.
This is the kind of beer that reminds I'm Belgian, for me this beer lacks balance, there's nothing wrong with bitterness, but as far as I'm concerned you need something to fight back a bit.

Wonderful fruity, refreshing aroma and taste. Much like kiwi fruit. Very delicious and easy drinker with good lingering bitterness that's not overwhelming.
