Here's a clear yellow beer with a puffy white head. The aroma is restrained, but there's a little pale malt that shines through. No hops in the smell at all. The taste is sweet and malty, but not very developed or complex. The malt flavor is forward, and there's a little ethanol that comes out as well. A touch of bitterness enters into the finish, but there's no real hop flavor, which was very disappointing. Medium to somewhat light in body, the beer really didn't turn out to be what I expected. Decent and drinkable, but also disappointing and uninspired.

I tried this beer at Montanos in Roanoke. It poured a golden clear with thin white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had nice hints of bitter citrus hops. The taste was nicely balanced and very easy to drink. There was bitter hop through. The Mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer and worth a try. Not sure why such a low score.

Golden copper with a light haze and lots of champagne like carbonation. Topped with a yellowish head that fades fast.
Fruity, yellow plums, caramel, toffee, Coopers pale ale comes to mind.
Light, malty, toffee, again Coopers pale ale, much true to form as the EPA it is listed as. Light lemony quality, hint of mustiness.
Light body with light, sparkling carbonation.
When I read 'Bionda Doppio Malto' on the label, I took this to mean its a double malted blond ale. My mind went straight to Belgium, but its certainly an EPA, and well done at that. WAY overpriced though, at about $8 US for 500ml. I could imagine paying that for some hard to find style, not so much an EPA. Found and drank in Chiang Mai, June 27th, 2015.

Pours orange golden clear ale with decent golden head, receding to a ring rather quickly. Belgian smell: fruity (citruses), yeasty. Taste is warming, spirituous, close to the smell, quite monodimensional, no hops. Medium body and soft carbonation. Ordinary belgian ale.

16.9 oz [500 ml] brown bottle with a flip top
Amarcord Birra La Mi Dona Ale poured a cloudy orange gold into my glass mug. A 1-finger white head was produced that formed a bit of lacing on the sides. The nose of the Ale is very light; of sweet malts and citrusy. The taste is a lot like the nose only stronger and that is a good thing. The flavor is dominated by sweet malts, apples light citrus and light candy sugar with no real bitterness detected. Mouth feel is a little sticky, light bodied and moderately carbonated.
La Mi Dona is perhaps the sweetest English Pale Ale I have had – although I like that. The Ale is easy drinking. Thanks to my brother-in-law for this tasting.

Appearance- Pours cloudy with a dark copper color, with a thin white head. A little bit of lacing on the sides but not much
Smell-Slight citrus with a balance of malt and sweetness. Nothing too complex
Taste- Sweet and malty upfront followed by nutty caramel and a hint of orange
Mouthfeel-Light carbonation, with a medium body but quite smooth
Overall-Nice, easy drinkable beer. Nothing stood out flavor wise. Middle of the road beer if you will

500 ml bottle.
Pours a cloudy sunset orange with a nice soft white foamy head that faded in about a minute and leaves spotty lacing.
The aroma carries a mild citrus and a pretty strong yeast smell that turns a little sweet.
Has a decent flavor of honey and citrus. The flavors are fairly mild but still present and hold through the aftertaste.
Medium body that is very smooth.
Overall this is a decent beer but nothing outstanding.
