Appearance: Pale gold brew with a fizzy, short-lived head.

Smell: I have to agree with the play-doh comparison an earlier reviewer used.

Taste: Not too bad ice cold. Pretty rough around the edges. Slight malt flavor with a bit of a chemical finish.

Mouthfeel: Light body. High carbonation.

Drinkablity: Easily poundable once you get past the first few. Not very satisfying for what it is.

Judgeing this as a mass produced pale lager.
Typical yellow beer with a nice sized white head.
Very malty aroma,, typical of American macro lager.
Nice malty taste, thin but not over sweet, no discenable hops.
Thin palate, gets a tad watery in the end.
for $5.99 a 12 this aint half bad for Grillin out, like im doing tonight

This beer is what it is...an economy priced macro lager. It's inoffensive, cheap, and easy to swill. If you're looking for something with taste and body, you'd not be looking for an american macro anyways. If you want to get drunk on a budget, this beer is not a bad choice. At $5.50/12pk I'd much rather drink this than the beast, keystone, or natural light.

Everything about this beer is average. Not really anything bad, except that the smell is a little off. The corn and alcohol come on a little stronger in the nose than some macro's but overall it is just straight up average. It is, however, generally going to be the cheapest offering not in a 40oz. I could recommend it to the real broke who cannot stand malt liquor, but at only $1 cheaper per 12 pack than it's competitors like PBR, I would suggest passing this one up.

A: Clear golden yellow color with a large head of artificially motivated white foam. No lace. Medium high levels of carbonation.

S: Reminds me of play-doh. Slightly doughy and a touch of corny grain. Better than most macros.

T: Middle of the road adjunct flavors; cereal grains, mild malt, overly sweet corn. Somewhat reminds me of High Life.

M: Some mild body, but otherwise bubbly and slightly sticky. Again reminiscent of High Life, but not as palatable.

D: Fair. Could take it or leave it.
