Served in an Ohio State shaker pint glass.

Maybe I've been doing it wrong, but I've found it somewhat difficult to spend some time on three beaches at once... Anyway, this stuff pours a clear straw-brass topped by a half-finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild grass, very light biscuit, light flowers, and a vague sense of dried honey. The taste brings in more of the same, with an overall sense of sweetness pervading, one that's kinda fruity, but I can't quite tell what kind of fruit is at work here. There's also a mix of mild spices, including cinnamon and clove. The body is a rather light medium, with a light moderate carbonation, a wet feel, and a somewhat crisp finish. Overall, an okay little brew, nothing I would readily drink again, but something I wouldn't turn my nose up at, either.

12 oz. bottle, no bottled on date present. Acquired as part of Tyranena's The Legendary Collection assorted twelve pack. Packaged on 04/02/2013.

Poured into a Firestone Walker pint glass.

A - Semi-aggressive pour yields one finger of bone white head that dies out within seconds. Body is a slightly hazy golden yellow. Thin streams of bubbles rushing to the top. No lacing.

S - Smell is of golden wheat, corn, earth, lemongrass, some lemon rind, and a faint honey sweetness.

T - Nice earthy grain taste. Wheat. Grass. Faint citrus. Light honey sweetness. Crisp Carbonation. A nicely balanced beer with lots of flavor.

M - Feel is quick and clean, with some underlying sweetness and a dry finish.

Overall, a nice refreshing beer from Tyranena. I personally would have enjoyed some more citrus bite, but the honey melds well with the grain bill. Another nice beer from Tyranena, but not one I am likely to seek out again. Still glad I had the chance to try it though.

12oz bottle-

A - Pours a dark golden color, hazy with lots of bubbling. Little to no head formation, just a film.

S - Lightly sweet nose, hints of honey and some pilsner malts (guessing).

T - Starts off lightly sweet, smooth - then comes in the honey. Combination of the nutty honey flavors and sweetness. Not very dry, good use of honey. Certainly a sweet beer, finishes thick and sticky.

m - Creamy body, light carbonation. Feels heavy, sticky.

O/D - A good and easy drinking beer with a summer bent. The usage of honey is pretty solid. Otherwise, not all that intense.

Clear gold color, minimal fizzy head on top. The smell is of a light honey with a touch of fruit character. The taste is very clean. Honey sweetness with light fruit notes from the hops and perhaps the yeast. Very flavorful for the style. Smooth feel with lower carbonation. Highly drinkable and enjoyable. I would have this one again, especially on a warm summer day.

Had poured from bottle into standard pint.

A=Light golden color with nice 1" head.

S=Citrus is presence.

T=Refreshing, but rather sweet. Citrus notes present.

M=Nice drinkability...light body, light carbonation.

O=One that I would try again, but probably not go out of my way to buy a 6-pack of...good for summer; better than most.
