12oz bottle poured into an Imperial pint.
A - Great clarity to the amber colored beer. Medium sized off-white head consisting of very tight bubbles. Left a tremendous amount of lacing and held a full finger of head the whole way down.
S - Nice bouquet of hops here. Citrus profile with a pine touch. Fresh and wet hop vibe. Some faint caramel malt is hiding in the background. More and more malt as it warms up.
T - Lots of caramel maltiness early on and holding. Excellent piney hop flavors midway, and a transition into smooth but abundant bitterness. Finishes pretty dry and hops hold on well into the aftertaste.
M - Medium-full body, carbonation is just short of moderate, semi-dry.
O - Beautiful looking beer. Hops jumped out of the glass and also was balanced but a generous amount of malt. I loved how smooth the bitterness was and how flavorful the hops came across. Felt like a bigger beer than it was, just packing a ton of flavor. Great beer and on par for the style.

Murky dark orange hue; lots of flotsam.
Off-white head; frothy lace.
Caramel malt & booze nose. No hop profile?!
Thick mouthfeel.
Sweet caramel with a hint of grapefruit.
This is a low alcohol US barleywine. Decent but disappointing.

12oz bottle, fresh and served in a snifter glass. Pours a darker caramel amber body, one finger white head, good retention, not much lacing. Smell is toffee, caramel, pineapple, a bit of citrus. Mostly sweet and slightly boozy aromas. Flavour is also on the sweeter malt side with caramel and toffee sweetness throughout, slight pineapple flavours and a bitter resin halfway through and persisting into the finish. Good carbonation, medium body, moderate resinous bitterness on the backend that is balanced out by the fairly strong sweetness.

Brown in color with an inch of densely packed and creamy light beige head. The aroma is of heavy pine to citrus hops and bready light malt. I'm tasting a nice wallop of grassy to piney and lightly citrus hops and crackery light malt. The mouth is very resinous, thick, and chewy.

Solid hop work but nothing out of this world, and that is the theme of this one. The malting is very heavy, even to the point of cutting into the hop profile a bit, but it is solid an enjoyable. More sweet fruit like grapefruit than hop spice. For a dipa, is a bit mild, but a solid brew

Pour looks sexy as it comes in an orange and peach color, head foams up to about 1/3" and then the hop oils jettison that shit up and out. Aroma mixed some wet hop like green notes with a humid hangover.
Taste dropped lots of bittering hops, the malt bill is substantial without going into excessive roast or caramel like qualities. Alcohol stands down, hops stand up, nothing exotic, just a big medley here. Price is right too.
