Light copper color, mildly hazy and topped by a light off-white head. The head leaves a delicate drape of lace on the glass as it recedes. The aroma is primarily citrus. There is a grapefruit character along with mandarin orange (Simcoe in this possibly?). Lightest touch of caramel on the finish. The flavor is mildly sweet, and very citrusy. The mandarin orange is more pronounced, and blends with the caramel to give this an assertive sweetness. The mouth feel is slick, slightly oily. Good drinkability. Nicely balanced IPA
