*Sweet, I found my review on my hard drive.
Appearance- A generic pale orange to light copper tone. The head was thicker then other APA's I've enjoyed. Moderate carbonation.
Smell- Moderately of Sweet Hops and Pine Notes
Taste- Tasty, Glorious Hops which are present through the middle of the sip and then the flavor shifts to a little sweet malt.
Mouthfeel/Drinkability- Very smooth and with a rapidly fading finish. Very palatable. Not really expensive, so there is also value in that.
Serving type: on-tap

A: slight haze; bronze colored; 1 finger white head that receded to a thin cap; no lacing;
S: more like noble hops than cascade;
T: follows the nose; a little lemon rind in the lightly bitter finish;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; crisp;
O: nothing stands out one way or the other expect that I couldn't find the cascade anywhere;

Stevens Point American Pale Ale is very good and one of the best American Ales I've enjoyed.
The bitterness is good without being "sour" . The mouth feel is cool with a slight floral taste. Well done and my Wisconsin Friends!! ! You do Beer Proud! And My Chiropractor is from there.. so extra credit! ! ! !
