Went to local establishment after work to try some new brews. First I had a this pale ale. I visited Stevens Point, Wisconsin about 5 years ago. Beautiful place! My dad always be careful when you are in Wiscon-S-I-N because of the last 3 letters. This pale ale is just O.K. nothing special and a bit water down. The waitress presented this beer with no head, little carbonation and a nice copper color. Very light smell of malt and hops. Same on the taste a little hops and sour very water down. Very light and crisp.

A: slight haze; bronze colored; 1 finger white head that receded to a thin cap; no lacing;
S: more like noble hops than cascade;
T: follows the nose; a little lemon rind in the lightly bitter finish;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; crisp;
O: nothing stands out one way or the other expect that I couldn't find the cascade anywhere;

Stevens Point American Pale Ale is very good and one of the best American Ales I've enjoyed.
The bitterness is good without being "sour" . The mouth feel is cool with a slight floral taste. Well done and my Wisconsin Friends!! ! You do Beer Proud! And My Chiropractor is from there.. so extra credit! ! ! !
Carry on Citizens!
