Point White biere in a twelve ounce bottle. Fluffy white head sits atop a hazy yellow beer. Thick lacing down the sides of the glass. The aroma is astrigent and lemony. Typical Belgian wit taste, lacking only the hint of sourness that is commonly found in such beers. Very light bodied with a clean aftertaste. Decent, can be a fairly nice substitute for Hoegarden, given the not unreasonable price.

Appearance: Pale, hazy golden body, with faint, slow-rising carbonation, crowned by a modest, dense white head, which slowly fades away, and accompanied by a slight, show-rising carbonation.

Aroma: Coriander is very prominent in the aroma, as well as wheat, caramel, and curiously, a slight smokiness.

Taste: Opens with very strong coriander, as well as a lesser amount of wheat malt. As the taste progresses, The wheat lends a mild bitterness to the taste, followed by a moderate flush of hops at the close. Finishes with a dry, lingering hop presence;.

Mouth feel: Smooth, soft, very pleasant, and quite drinkable

Presentation: Packaged in a twelve-ounce brown glass long-neck bottle with a twist-off screen, served in a New Belgium Brewing chalice.

Pours golden (not as hazy as expected) with a thin, lasting head. Some lacing sticks.

The smell is of coriander, orange peel, some bready notes and pale malt.

The taste is of coriander, orange peel, and honey-like sweetness. It has a firm pale malt backbone. Finishes with a spicy dryness with a sweet kiss.

It is smooth, with a spritzy, but not fizzy, carbonation level. Very refreshing!

It uses the spices well - forward, but not overwhelming. The malt is strong and the yeast strain is somewhat muted for the style. It is an easy-drinking beer with nice aroma and flavors.

I was surprised to find it in a winter variety pack, but it does work for something lighter in the winter. It is an enjoyable, year-round brew!
