Thanks to korguy123 for this bottle. Poured in to Founders tulip.

A - cloudy pale straw yellow with a golden glow around the edges. A small amount of white head formed on the pour.

S - Belgian yeast, cloves, citrus and bready malts.

T - Fairly light and easy-drinking overall. Some sweet bready malts, Belgian yeast and lighter clove and citrus flavours. Druy with a slight bitterness.

M - Light body with some chew. moderate carbonation.

I had one or two other Points that were worthwhile - the 6 hop IPA - but this is another disappointmment. It is not hoppy enough and it is too sweet.

There is a slightly funky aroma (and I knwo these are fresh). It looks good in the glass. The taste is just OK, and the aftertaste is actually a little better, with some nice nuance coming through.

There is something not quite right here. This brew would benefit from a piece of fruit in it. Enough said.

Poured from can into pint glass. Got a little less than a finger of fizzy white head. The body is an opaque dull gold color, with some bubbles and lots of sediment. Head quickly died, left me nothing and no lacing.

Apple, wheat and light tangerine are my first impressions. Light malt and faint hops make their way into the nose quickly.

Weak malt and slightly funky wheat begin the flavor profile. This is complimented by the taste of apples that have just gone over and ought to be thrown out and some light hops.

Serving type: 12-ounce can. No freshness date.

Appearance: Poured into a 330 ml weizen glass. The color is hazy lemonade. One finger of buttery, white head dissipated quickly to leave a thin island of lacing in the middle of the glass and a thin ring around the edge.

Smell: It smells like canned, summer wheat. Apple juice and Tang-ish orange with some citrus hops. It has a hint of wheat but is mostly sweet and fruity. There is also a little banana and clove spice, too, so it is like hefeweizen light.

Taste: It mostly mirrors the smell. It has a beer-like mouthfeel, but the fruitness is a little off-putting. Apple juice, a little orange, citrus sourness, and some wheat-like grains. There may also be a hint of spice. As it warms, the beer takes on a much more agreeable and wheat-like feel: the haziness makes itself known.

Drinkability: It turns into a reasonable and worthwhile purchase, but there are many other (and better) wheats to enjoy during the summer.

Bottle into tumbler.

A- Super hazy sunshine yellow pour. Light soda fizz for a head that dissipates almost instantly.

S- Grain, biscuit, fresh baked bread, grass and a touch of apple skins. Very bakery smelling.

T- Sweet malts, grain, grass and fresh baked bread. Floral hops add a touch of flavor to this.

M- Light and a little watery. Good carbonation.

O- On a hot day this would be king. Right now, it's just okay.

Light yellow brew. Skim white fizzy head. No lace. Good clarity, some bubbles.

Light sweet grain note, some sweetness in the nose.

Nice sweet grain flavor. Not watery, full flavor. Light bitterness in the finish. Wheat, grain, lightly bitter -- a decent refreshing brew.

Light bodied.

Overall, not bad for the style. Nothing groundbreaking, but decent thirst quenching summer brew.

A: The beer is relatively clear pale straw yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that quickly died down, leaving lacing covering the surface.
S: There are light aromas of wheat in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell but is not overly complex with only flavors of wheat.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a great craft lawnmower beer because it is easy to drink and has some refreshing properties.

From a can stamped 0242 on the bottom. Sampled on June 16, 2012. The pour is a hazy pale to golden yellow with a small white fizzy head that disappears quickly. The aroma is pleasant with an array of wheat, yeast, and citrus zest on the nose. The body is light as a summer ale should be but my particular can had a slight acidity to it. The can did have a dent but it was the last one left when I bought it. The taste ushers in a soothing wheat flavor along with a zing of lemon and a nicely balanced mellow hop finale.

A: Pours a very hazy pale yellow in color. The beer has a finger tall white head that slowly reduces but shows decent retention properties eventually reducing to a thin layer covering the entire surface of the beer and a thicker ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate lacing is observed.

S: This beer has moderate aromas of wheat with some lighter amounts of citrus, spice (coriander and clove), and light hints of yeast.

T: The flavor of this beer is a little on the lighter side with the primary flavors being wheat and lemon citrus.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.

O: Extremely easy to drink and quite refreshing (while enjoying the coast on a warm summer afternoon). This beer is quite sessionable and definitely enjoyable. Might be one to get again for the summer.
