Too heavy on the spices or maybe a spice. Has raisin-y flavor.

Aroma is pie crust, spices/cinnamon, slight mustiness and a hint of pumpkin. The flavor is spices/cinnamon, bread/pie crust, a hint of fruit and a tart finish.

A - Pours amber brown with a head that dies down pretty quickly.
S - Pumpkin and spices fill your nose. You can smell the pumpkin as you are pouring the beer into the glass.
T - A mouthful of pumpkin. You get a great balance of sweet/sour/spice in this pumpkin ale.
M - Medium to thin mouth feel, but the flavor does hang around for awhile.
O - This is really a model pumpkin beer that others should aspire to. Full, rich pumpkin flavor but balanced and very drinkable. Top 5 Pumpkin of 2014 for me.

12 oz longneck poured into a pint glass, the beer is orange with amber highlights. There is a sticky beige head.

Great aroma of pumpkin pie spices, toffee and caramel malts.

This is by far one of the best tasting pumpkin beers. Point has managed to balance the spices & pumpkin flavors over a great base beer. It is not overly cloying or sweet but instead has remarkable balance.

The mouth is thickish and coating. Midlevel carbonation seems well calibrated to the beer.

I wish I had bought more than one four pack, a mistake I won't make next year. Well Done!
