Orange-brown in color with a half-inch or so head that utterly vanishes in less than a minute. Lacing is minimal; there is only slight carbonation. Sweet lightly toasted malt aroma with excessive caramel notes. Taste begins with a slight sting of carbonation, lightly toasted malt and sweet caramel flavors. Towards the finish the taste turns tart and dry. The mouth feel was watery. This beer seemed more like a weak amber ale than a cream ale.

Package reviewed was a 16-ounce custom brown glass twist-off. ABV is 4.6%.

Pours a moderate tanned gold color. The head rose fast and settled fast. The nose is malt and hops but is weak. This beer is is dry and hoppy, with a clean finish. This beer is OK at best and is drinkable. I can't really find anything remarkable to say about it.

Part of the "12 Greatest Brews of the World" sampler pack found at my local Wal-Mart. If this is one of the "best beers", I would hate to try the worst. Actually this wasn't awful, it just doesn't really taste like anything. Pours an orange color with a thick foamy head and thin lacing. Aroma is indeed creamy. There was really nothing to the flavor at all, it was mostly sweet creamy carbonation. I guess no flavor is better than bad flavor.
