Pour: Hazy golden orange color with two fingers of white head that retained well and left patches of lacing on the glass.
Smell: Lots of citrus and earthy hops with a little bit of pine, and a light note of malty sweetness.
Taste: Hops hit up front with a citrusy, acidic attack which then gives way into a deliciously sweet malty middle. The back finishes up with a not-so-intense piney hop note, and a light to moderate amount of alcohol warmth.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied (perhaps a little bit light for the style and ABV) with moderate carbonation. Pretty smooth.
Drinkability: A nice sip and savor beer.
Final Notes: Not as hoppy as I was expecting, but a solid representation of the style that would pair well against a spicy meal. I liked it a lot.
