Poured bottle into glass. 5.8% abv.
Appearance- Transparent orange/amber with plenty of carbonation. Massive frothy head.
Smell- Orange peel with just a hint of malt. Citrus aroma is evident but not as apparent as a hoppier beer.
Taste- A clean malty flavor quickly transforms into a surprising and bitter finish. The hops were much more apparent in the taste than the smell. A touch of pine as well with a dry finish.
Mouthfeel- Quite thin, but not a bad thing as the style is a pale ale, which are lighter than their hoppier counterparts. The high carbonation and clean finish allow this beer to be satisfying for how thin it is.
Overall- After the smell, the taste made up for the flavor. Lots of carbonation and good lacing too. Would be good if you were in the mood for an IPA during the Summer months due to easy drinkability.

The beer comes in a clear light reddish amber with beautiful bubbles rising in the glass. A foamy white head.
The aroma has a strong note of graininess and toasty bready malt. Some floral and spicy hops.
The flavor has hints of orange and floral with big spicy hops but then moves onto again that yeasty breadiness and grainy notes that come from American Adjunct lagers. A good amount of drying and slightly bitterness of the finish. Woody and peppery hops on the finish, although with tinges of metallic notes.
The beer has positive notes of its breadiness, some drying and bitterness, tinges of hop flavors. However, it is paired with off putting notes from adjunct lagers. One of my first attempts at Widmer and a very poor one at that.
