Poured from a bottle into a Perfect Pint:

A=Honey colored, very slight cloudiness, and a two finger head that lasted well over a minute...I found it inviting.

S=Sweet, citrusy--lemon and orange--but not artificial...very appealing.

T=Definite sweet butter flavor, with citrus and herbal notes--particularly peach. A bit more hops than others also dominated the taste.

M=Above average body with modest carbonation...smoothness and creaminess offset by heavier body and herbal hop notes...not a session beer.

O=A decent beer that might pair well with barbecued meats or saltier foods...a bit too sweet for me to drink on a regular basis, but worth trying if you haven't found a gluten-free beer that suits your taste.

It says packaged on Feb1622 on the label but really it tastes like its a bit older than that, I hope I can re-rate this beer with a fresher bottle because it seems to have possibilities, cross your fingers and wish me luck.
Anyway, as for this beer it was a bit malty in taste and aroma for what a pale ale should be, have said that it was still ok to pretty tasty and I enjoyed it.

Clear amber/copper color with a very nice creamy white head that retains decently and produces some nice lacing.
The aroma is Caramel malt with some floral and pine resin notes.
The taste is caramel malt, fresh toast, grass, with a dry pine finish.
The body is light/medium, smooth light carbonation.
Altogether this is a decent brew although somewhat more like an amber ale than pale ale, but whatever, it is very drinkable and enjoyable.

Did not expect such a presence from gluten-free beer. First of all, Omission Pale Ale is not pale. It's amber. The Caramel malts see to that. It looks much more like an amber ale or malty IPA. The flavor however, is robust. Cascade hops bring the piney bite, the malt backbone smoothes the rough edges of the hop bitterness. A very in-your-face brew. One to reckon with, whether you're sensitive to gluten or not.

Im not sure why there are so many mixed reviews. Normally I drink pale ales and go that wasnt bad or it was okay and occasionally i find one i really like. This one is probably one of my top 3 favorites. Its not overly hoppy, just a great above average pale ale. Based on the reviews being so polarized, it leads me to question if this is like cilantro, where some people taste it as a soapy flavor and others dont. I would certainly pick up some more of these, but based on the other reviews, you might want to wait till they show up in the make your own six pack coolers.

Pours a beautifully clear amber gold with a thick cream colored head. Head falls away rather quickly but leaves nice lacing. Aroma is mild, caramel malt and earthy hops. Flavor is essentially the same as the nose but bolder, a bit sweet up front, slightly bitter in the finish. Feel is on the lighter side of medium bodied. Overall a fine Pale Ale. I'm a bit surprised at the low reviews.

Clear, amber color. Lasting head which leaves a couple of rings and several streaks.

The smell has some fresh made toast aromas. Not much hop. A bit bland.

Well, given the ratings, I expected a worse taste. First, the hop is far more pronounced albeit rather nondescript. The toasty flavors are present as well. Decent body with a lower carbonation level. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Overall, to me, the experience is of a middle-of-the-road pale ale.

Look: Crystal clear amber. Two fingers of foamy white head with good retention.

Smell: Resinous and slightly floral hops with a mild skunkiness.

Taste: Bitter and soapy due to the floral flavor of the hops crossing wires with the high hop bitterness. Taste, fortunately, lingers for only a few seconds with a metallic finish.

Mouthfeel: Average body, high carbonation.

Overall: A very generic, slightly drinkable pale ale.

From the bottle it pours a surprising amber and caramel color, not very pale ale like. A moderate head displays decent retention.

The aroma has a nice balance of fruity, floral hops and toaty, biscuity malts. There are also notes of caramel and sweet grass.

Well balanced with an assertive bitterness that interplay’s with malty notes of crisp dry cracker, toasted, biscuity and caramel malts. Medium to light bodied, moderately carbonated, crisp and dry palate. Hops flavors are earthy with grassy spices and bright floral and fruity flavors. The finish is dry and resiny.

I thought this was surprisingly good. Nothing complex but easy to drink and refreshing. I feel like the scores are undeservedly low.

Amber appearance with a medium size off white head and light lacing. Subtle vegetal aroma gives way to passive hops Flavor is smooth and sweet, but not especially bitter. Spicy hops and grain fill in the aftertaste. Medium bodied with a lingering finish. A noteworthy gluten free beer if that is your need, but just average if it is not.

DATE: January 30, 2020... OCCASION: a rare sports-free Thursday means a relaxed night with the boys... GLASSWARE: Howard's Pub pint... from a 12 oz. bottle, this pours lively and fizzing, with an off-white head that clouds up almost as a mushroom before settling into a vision more akin to car wash bucket before sudsing... say this, the color is a hearty auburn orange, much in line with the expectation of a pale ale WITH gluten... the head holds steady at a finger's depth for a good duration... strangely, the body itself is rather stagnant... light, dishwasher-like lemon is palpable, with equally light pine and a sweet caramel piques the interest... dank and almost nutty, it situates itself in a more British pale ale, buttery and sweet... a nice, rounded finish that lasts enough to be appreciated.... nuttier in its taste profile--hazelnut, mostly--than its aroma suggests, it also delivers pine, caramel, "bready" malts, with a warming breath of lemon and orange--nothing more intense, though... the maltlessness has its limits, but it still gives a strong impression at 5.8%... I hope not to be gluten-free for the rest of my life, but this pale ale could be a go-to if beer stores only carry the InBevs of the world...

Surprised by how much I like it. Pretty solid indeed. The flavor caught me off guard at how smooth it was. I would definitely get again given the opportunity.
