Arrives a reddish color, not unlike a blood orange, with an poofy white head. Retention not so great, drops to a ring pretty quickly and leave no lace.
Smell is fruity with some malt note and just a whiff of the hibiscus present.
Taste has less balance. The fruit and its acidity are there, the hibiscus is, not surprisingly, nigh on impossible to find. Malt is there, though.
A good bit under medium bodied with a light effervescence . Acidic and drying after the swallow, the fruit note lingers nicely. Decent but not great.
Serving type: on-tap
