On-tap @ Bardenay, Boise. Served in a pint shaker.
A: Clear pale with a frothy white head and some lace.
S: Bready malts/grains and yeast, notes of lemon and citrus and a touch of piney hops, crisp lager nose with a hoppy undertone.
T: More of the same, balanced grain and yeast and bread combined with citrus and orange/lemon peel, maybe some grapefruit and pine as well, slightly flowery, crisp biscuity finish, low bitterness.
MF: Smooth, crisp lighter body.
O: Could have been hopped more in my opinion. Not a bad pale lager/India pale lager, but nothing remarkable.
Serving type: on-tap
