This is a place is a good experience. There is a good mixing of food and beer. Milk Stout directly from the tap is a really nice experience.

There are so many doors you really have to wander down teh street to find the main entrance. Once inside there are several levels with the bar on the top. The place is decorated nicely and the taps are really some thing to look at. An old world touch.

The food is equal to the beer here and the wait staff know about food and beer pairings. My most recent trip included a simple ruben with milk stout. This was a good pairing. Why wife sticks with the ligher beers and her soup and salad matched well with their hefe.

The wife and I enjoyed a nice sunday night dinner at the brewery. It is not difficult to find, but would recommend a good map, as it is set off on a side street.
The atmosphere had a somewhat german feel to it, with comfortable table and booth seating throughout. It was well lit and not drafty, which was especially good this night with the wind and rain.
Our wait staff was very good, propmtly bringing our beers, and offering refills when glasses were nearly empty. The food was brought out quite quickly and was well prepared.
The beers on tap were all those by Widmer, offering a nice selection ranging for light lagers/ales to stouts and winter wamers. That night I enjoyed there HALO, a double IPA which was exceptional, as well as the Snow Plow milk stout, also enjoyable.
The menu was well done, offering a little something for everyone, and was resonable priced.
A nice place to enjoy dinner over a few pints.
