Scotch Silly has a thin, fizzy, off-white head, and a milk-chocolate brown appearance, with rather large tan chunks suspended throughout. The aroma is of sweet, rich, pungent, brandywine, and dark bread. The flavor is equally rich, with even a strange or interesting citrus aspect in the back-taste. Bitterness is low, and sweetness is high. Mouthfeel is between medium and heavy, and Scotch Silly finishes not so dry and delicious. Booziness is not an issue with this beer. Just a great, great beer!

Appearance: clear red / brown with a medium sized off-white head that marks the glass nicely.
Aroma: malty, bready, some coffee-like notes but very subtle. A lot of caramel, and I think I smell a small sour note, typical for some belgian ales. Also it has a delicate touch of dust, and maybe some roastiness, but again - they're very subtle.
Taste: very sweet. Toffee, caramel, a bit roastiness and a little bit fruity. A small, almost untraceable alcohol note in the background. Mild alcohol bitterness.
Moutfeel: full bodied, soft carbonation.
Overall: a very enjoyable beer, although it's not my favourite style.

Pours a dark ruby (or light brown) color with an average slightly tan head.
The aroma is a combination of some roasty smell, some dusty aroma and slight nuts. Also a slight alcohol smell (scotch).
The taste is not really strong nor is too weak. It starts with a slight caramel and roasted coffee taste. It's pretty bitter and quite strong, although still quite easy to drink. Nice.
