Overtly sweet and skewed wheat ale, with an overwhelming character of fizzy artificial sugars.
Presentation: 25 cl brown capped bottle. Front label with a vertical design with the name of the brew and side bars with images of sliced mandarins. Back label offers a small description, best by date (25/03/11), and Alc. by Vol. (3,1%) Served in a tulip glass.
A - Lightly hazy deep yellow to amber. Tremendous frothy head, average retention, with some surface memory and a couple of touches of lacing.
S - Sweet, fruity, citrus/mandarin, sugary and artificial.
T - Taste follows and amplifies an artificial sense, in particular industrial sweetener, over a sweet and fruity, mandarin/orange sense, faint wheat touch in the background.
M - Light body with very aggressive carbonation, fizzy feel coating the sugary feel.
D - Overwhelming to the finish... Not unattractive in the the approach but it is a difficult one to crack.
Notes: Seemingly part of a fancy distribution push by a couple of retailers in Spain. And from what I am gathering it seems to be disappointing across the board... Maybe attractive to someone keen of sweet fizzy tablets cause other than that this is completely forgettable.

An extremely fruity fruit syrup, a touch of wheat is felt to be savored and gives the mouth a little touch milk is not unpleasant to think about milk & fruit. The course is very fruity and very sweet beer, but the body is not too syrupy. A fruity beer for less demanding throats.
Serving type: nitro-bottle
