A - Very pale, clearest beer i ever saw. Light yellow with white head, slowly disappearing but leaving 1mm till the end. Medium carbonation. Almost as some wine with bubbles.
S - So good! I could smell it all day. Spices,coriander,herbal,fresh fruits,green apple,fine hops aroma,beautiful.
T/M - Lots of bubbles,i guess that carbonation is finished in the bottles. Very Belgish style beer. Best in the world. Creamy, but at the same time, watery finish also. Medium bitterness, sweet fruits with spices, pepper.

O - This is so good,so pure,so Belgium.

Best before 2/28/14.

Pours a murky light whitish-yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, spice, citrus fruit, and tea aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, tea, spice, and citrus fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with an interesting tea like quality in both the aroma and flavor.

Consumed 3/4/14

Appearance: Pours cloudy and remarkably pale yellow - some milky white hues when held to the light - the color really reminds me of Hoegaarden, which shouldn't be too surprising - large, fluffy, bright white head, fades to a medium cap, leaves some nice streaks of lacing

Smell: Extremely pale malts and some spices - light, light grains - some wheat, but definitely light - some yeasty esters, including the typical Belgian aromas of clove, pepper, and a touch of phenols - a light touch of citrus from the orange peel, and a hint of coriander, but I will admit that I can't detect the licorice - mild overall, which I suppose is the point

Taste: About as mild as the aroma, but that's not necessarily a bad thing - pale, pale grains and some wheat flavor - crisp and clean malt profile - Belgian yeast, with clove, pepper, banana, and some phenols - coriander is minimal - light touch of licorice in the finish, which is definitely better than dominating the flavor

Mouthfeel: Light body, nicely carbonated, very smooth, finishes dry and clean, very drinkable

Overall: Delicate and refreshing, but not much else

I suppose if you are a fan of authentic Belgian Witbiers, this would definitely be worth a try. It has some nice spice notes, and it's definitely refreshing. Personally, my palate for wits was forever ruined about six years ago by Allagash White. Thanks a lot, Allagash.

Into a mug.

A: hazy yellow colored body with a thin/half fingered white foamy head that dies to a film coating the top of the glass, carbonation is actually seen rising

S: a combined citrus to coriander (quite possibly the strongest smelling coriander-witbier I've ever smelled - wow holy moley that coriander is strong)

T: citrusy sweet with a nice spice added to compliment a different aspect witbiers tend to take on; citrusy sweet and somewhat spicy aftertaste, dry sweet spicy finish

M: light, maybe somewhat sessionable for a Witbier at 4.5% but the spices that come in and they come in strong tend to pound the mouth and tongue a bit harshly (ha, its a witbier and to be somewhat expected, no worries)

O: wow, what a nice witbier I'm certainly more than glad to have, though I'm not a true fan of the style if anyone could try this style they should start with this and hopefully be amazed as much as I was with this one. Hopefully, I'll get to see this one again.

A: Pours a hazy lemony/straw like color with a nice billowy head
S: Predominantly citrus
T: Light, citrusy, maybe some delicate coriander notes, didn't get the licorice mentioned on the bottle.
M: Very carbonated, spritzy, but overall thin and watery.
O: Like drinking a citrus-based soda. For example, Fresca has a similar taste. Enjoyed trying it, but probably wouldn't go out of my way to buy it again. On the other hand, wouldn't turn it down either. Would have been better if not so thin.

A: hazy pale straw, 3 SRM / 6 EBC; creamy/light meringue persistent head; scattered patchy lacing
S: lemon, yeast, almost imagined coriander; a tea-like quality
T: thin taste, wheat and yeast, a bitter end; spices, coriander, a hint of orange
M: thin, moderately carbonated
O: I thought a bit too thin, with not enough supporting taste
