A: Straw yellow to light amber upon pour, lots of bubbles, very frothy
S: Some light malts, hint of skunkiness, not much otherwise
T: Watery, light hoppy bitterness...taste of corn, some grassy notes but very light overall
M: Crisp, seltzer-like, easy going
O: Heineken is an OK choice compared to other commonly found beers but is not very interesting...sometimes the skunkiness factor can be off putting but it's usually pretty easy drinking if that's what you're looking for.

A - Straw yellow, clear with no head.

S - Some corn with a faint graininess, typical euro lager aroma.

T - As with the nose, not a lot going on here, some corn and light sweet malt. No nasty metallic stuff.

M - Clean, crisp and light bodied. Nice moderate carbonation.

O - Sessionable and clean, but definately nothing exciting about this.

500ml Can

Appearance – Clear yellow colour with an average size fizzy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation showing and there is almost no lacing. The head lasted for only a short while.

Smell - Grains, corn, skunk

Taste & Mouth - The beer has an above average amount of carbonation. I can taste malts, light hops, and corn. The beer ends with corn/malt slightly harsh aftertaste.

Overall – A party leftover can found in my fridge. It's drinkable but it does have a certain amount of skunkiness to it. I wonder why so many people enjoy skunk but freak out when they taste a really hoppy IPA. Anyways, not a beer I would buy - but it wet my whistle after a hockey game fine.
