Another great cask from Highland. This one was my wife's personal favorite. Pours out a light, almost clear color with a small yellow color to it and a big head of white that stays on top throughout the session. Really a nice haze and good carbonation throughout.
Aroma is fresh peaches, touches of light grain, and a hint of grass, about exactly what I would have expected from this. As you take the first sip you notice how remarkably smooth this one is. Clean, crisp, and light right up front with a nice little fruity flavor that really comes through in the finish, really nice and fresh tasting with a decent little kick to finish it all off.
Overall it was sublime on a hot day. Really just exactly what I needed.
