Growler poured into a 19oz tumbler

A - Poured a 2 finger white head that faded slowly leaving lacing.

S - smells sugar and spices. Lots of nutmeg

T - Taste is sweet. Brown sugar, cloves and other spices. Finish is malty

M - light body and medium carb

O - This is a very drinkable beer. Not a bad Winter beverage.

Cask at Macs Speed Shop South. Light bourbon flavor with the flavors CM is known for. Was afraid the bourbon flavor was going to over power the natural flavor of CM, but the flavors of late fall and holiday goodness were coming through. Thank you Highland!

On cask at Flying Saucer served in a tulip glass a crisp orange with a decent lasting khaki head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is a nice blend of vanilla, oak, caramel malts, cinnamon and brown sugar. The taste is a wonderfully complex blend of cinnamon, vanilla, Bourbon, caramel malts and brown sugar. The beer is quite light and crisp with mild carbonation, very smooth and easy drinking. This one was absolutely incredible, I hope to be able to have it again!
