Notes/Commercial Description:
This American Pale Ale is meticulously handcrafted for full floral hop aroma and flavor. Brewed with grains from America's heartland - Simcoe for bittering, Amarillo and Cascade (both dry hopped) for aromatics - this beer finishes crisp and clean. Have a few and your freshly mowed lawn will still have arrow-straight lines.

Purchased as part of a spring sampler pack. Poured into Spieglau IPA glass.

Color is light gold, clear, bubbly. Decent head and some retention. I get scents of citrus fruit, orange rinds, some floral essences. A little bit of sweet maltiness in there too. The taste is light and crisp. Mild floral hops up front followed by some sweet fruitiness and a well-balanced malty finish. Not overpowering but still pretty flavorful; better as it warms up. Mouthfeel is smooth and light yet enough body to leave that light coating after you're done; pretty nice. Overall a nice little pale ale, good hop flavor, malt balance. Perfect for a hot summer day in the backyard.

Poured a lot like an adjunct lager as it had a straw yellow appearance and a fizzy yet stable white head. The nose is light with some lemon and floral hops. The flavor is corn with floral hops washing over but the adjunct corn flavor is prevalent. This is quite easy to drink, sprite and refreshing. Easy session beer but the corn malt is a touch strong.

Appearance: A light amber golden hew, with moderate bubbling and little to no head. This is pretty standard for most American pale ales.

Smell: Very hoppy, with some malty and floral hints. This smells like a beer that i may enjoy.

Taste: Very bitter with a tomatoey taste. I cant shake the thought of tomatoes. Very crisp and clean. I do enjoy the taste of this beer.

Mouthfeel: Very light and with light to medium thickness. This works perfectly.

Overall: Not a bad beer at all. For a very small brewery, i do enjoy this beer alot.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a weizen glass.

appearance: Clear golden color. Carbonation bubbles floating throughout.

Smell: Citrus and hops. Little more hops than a typical summer ales, but it is classified as an APA.

Taste: Just like it smells. Can taste the simcoe hops right away. Great citrus and not too bitter.

Mouth. A very light beer with a nice clean feel. Just right on the carbonation.

Overall. A nice drinkable beer.
