A: Pours a hazy to cloudy pale straw yellow in color with moderate amounts of visible carbonation and some very faint lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a finger tall sudsy white head of larger bubbles that reduces to a couple of small patches of thin film and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Light to moderate aromas of lemon citrus, wheat, and coriander + clove.

T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of wheat with some slightly stronger flavors of lemon citrus and coriander + clove. Light hints of pasty Belgian yeast (something my wife always comments on when tasting).

M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp in the finish.

O: Easy to drink and not bad but definitely not the best beer in the style that I have tried. A little too citrusy and it did have a touch too present a flavor of paste from the yeast. Not quite as balanced as others between the wheat/spice/citrus.

12 ounce bottle from ABC. Pours a hazy lemon yellow with a thin fizzy white head. Aroma of mild citrus and subtle pineapple with big spice notes and cracker. The taste is citrus, coriander, faint ginger, wheat and toasted notes. Medium bodied, high carbonation, refreshing. Well done.

Pours a very cloudy yellow, which fades to transparent at the very bottom of the glass. The head is big and bright white.

The smell is yeasty, lemons and some spices.

The taste is lemon, cloves, pepper, sweet with just a hint of tartness.

The mouthfeel is smooth and light with light carbonation.

Overall a light and refreshing beer. Subtle flavour and just light all round.

A: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a golden yellow color and a slightly hazy consistency. There was a small amount of foamy head that quickly dissipated. Not a whole lot of lacing.

S: A nice aroma of citrus, malt, and spices. Pretty much what you might expect.

T: Tasted of spices (coriander, of course), a little citrus (lemon), and malt in the finish. A vibrant flavor, but not quite as well-rounded as some other witbiers. Still, not a bad flavor.

M: A huge amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Light-bodied.

O: Not a bad beer, but not quite refined enough to be great. Still, a drinkable beer.

Strong, sharp, spicy aroma has fruity and wheaty notes, promising a flavorful beer. It pours a clear, bright solar yellow with a decent, if not thick, white head that leaves minimal lacing. Mouth-filling flavor has firm spicy (mainly cloves and coriander), wheaty and citrus notes plus hints of hops and butterscotch. Lively texture has about average body and plenty of fizz. Lip-smacking and very tasty, refreshing after a summer scorcher.
