On-tap at The Bier Garden, Asheville, NC
A: The beer is hazy light yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that died down, leaving lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has a moderate amount of bitterness as well as notes of spicy hops that linger through the finish.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The use of wheat in this beer is interesting as it results in a lighter-bodied beer that really showcases the aromas and flavors of the hops. It is very drinkable.
