Poured a deep copper hue with a one finger thick creamy white head. There was very good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a subtle graininess with a bit of flowery hops.
The taste was well balanced and featured a grainy malt, a utilitarian hop and minimal sweetness.
The mouthfeel was very smooth thanks to the nitro pour.
Overall a relatively uneventful ale that lacked serious flavor depth. Easy to drink however.

A - Reddish-gold with some nice settling bubbles, but leads very little head for a cream ale.
S - Very little to speak of. A bit of maltiness is present, and some creamy sweetness typical of cream ales. Perhaps the beer was served too cold, perhaps the bar atmosphere isn't helping the minute scents this beer might have.
T - First comes a slight hop taste followed by the sweet malty center typical to Brutopia beers. The finish is dry and slightly hoppy. A straightforward beer, but fairly good.
M - Fairly creamy, but not as creamy as a cream ale should be. It has less of a delicious cream ale feel and more of a cough syrup thickness.
D - I could drink this beer to a rather decent extent, only that Brutopia has better beers, and I wouldn't limit myself to this one.
The beer is pretty good, but it's not much of a cream ale. That would be my major complaint, along with the almost indiscernible smell.
