Part of a chain of local brewpubs. Located in the east end of town, there is only one other brewpub in the area so they are usually fairly busy. Ample parking at the site and in the area as there are other restaurants and hotels adjacent. In the same building is one location of a local chain of pizza restaurants. The food comes from the same kitchen. Cold beer & Wine store attached.
Basically a laid back, lounge style atmosphere. Some games (pool, golden tee, darts) and a few tvs around. Large deck with sliding windows, a roll-up roof and heaters makes it useable all year round.
They had 4 selections of their own brewed beer (plus a "black & tan"). The beers are fairly plain and unoffensive, but nothing really special. See reviews for more information.
The staff was friendly, helpful and somewhat knowledgeable. They could list off the 10 beers they had on tap, but didn't know much about the beers, other than colour. Didn't blow my socks off, but I was reasonably pleased.
Selection of beer could be termed as limited. Besides their own beers, they had 6 other beers on tap, but nothing that could called craft/micro. Some imports, but mainly macros, i.e. Heinekein, Corona, MGD, etc. Just about any macro domestic you could want in bottle was available though. As the rating says, not impressed.
The food was reasonably priced and ok. The appetizers were good for a brewpub, but the entrees were a little lackluster. Basically family restaurant quality food with typical pub grub appetizers and burgers.
Overall I would say that this is a pretty good place to go out with friends... unless you want good craft beer. The restrooms were clean, the pub was well lit and tidy, staff was pleasant. Nothing wrong with going here, only you aren't going to have any really good beers, and let's face it, that's the whole point of Beerfly now isn't it?

This 8 hl brewpub has been open for a couple of years now. Located on the east side of Regina in a "house" style building that was moved to the site.
The staff are friendly and have an ok knowledge of their products.
Part of a local chain of brewpubs.
The beer is on the bland side, with most of the limited selection tasting similar. No off flavours but nothing exciting.
Saskatchewan liquor laws allow brew pubs to have private liquor stores. This policy has encouraged the development of a number of brew pubs.
