This is the original Ott's. It was an old Roadhouse but went through some really hard times until the present ownership took over. The owners brought in a pretty good and cheap bar menu, shapely bar maids, and slowly over time better beer. The atmosphere is early Dive Bar, except for the year round deck that is a little more upscale. The beer is fresh and good, but there is an irritating policy of having certain beers inside (in real glassware) and plastic cups on the deck. Some of the better beers are on the deck. The best way to handle it is to order the deck beer inside, and then they use a real glass. Stupid!! They have about 15 to 18 beers on tap including the usual American pale lager collection, but they do have Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Pete's Wicked, Guiness, Boddington's, Harp or Bass, and a few others. Sometimes, they include a local home brew although most times it's Flying Fish. The beers change often, which is nice. The food is always filling, always cheap, and often good. Steer clear of fish dishes or anything that sounds complicated. Cheesesteaks are great as are burgers, fries, poppers, etc. The place is usually fun, too. With large screen TVs, a few games, a decent juke box, and good people.
