Appearance: Pours a blonde brown color with a cloudy body.
Smell: Very fruity smell - lots of pear, grapes and fermented smells.
Taste: Very rich flavor - onset is candy sweet with a green tea bitterness. Starts to turn into a mildly bitter fermented flavor that rises to an alcohol finish.
