A - Amber body with slight haze and yeast particles floating around. Tall thick collar of foam that dissipates quickly.
S - Sweet malty smell with masks of fruity esters including orange and a banana character. Peppery spice phenols and clove. Definitely a low alcohol aroma and low spiced hop note.
T - Medium malt sweetness followed by various spice phenols. Ending finish of alcohol and minute flavor of hop bitterness. Dry finish. Fruit esters are not as strong or pronounced in the taste as in the smell.
M - Medium body with high carbonation. Medium warming that is inviting and accentual to the nature of this beverage.
D - A very moddest tripel, but not a very complex palate as others.
