I found this on the shelves of Grassroots market in Jacksonville with the other lambics and decided to give it a try.
A: Pours a misty golden blond with slight hazing and a whooole lot of micro-carbonation.
S: Lemon chiffon, green apple and ripe ass stenches forth onto the nose. Smells like growing marijuana.
T: More citrus and apple notes. Slightly sour and rancid. Surprisingly tastes better than it smells. It's very dry like a brut champagne with a hint of buttsweat. If there are hops in this beer, you can barely taste them.
M: Light bodied and the carbonation is very fine.
D: Drinkable if you can get past the pungent, sharp flavor on the front of every sip.

375ml bottle poured into an Omer Blond tulip glass. Best before 2034.
A: Pours a rocky and huge three fingers of sudsy off white head. Light gold/orange body with a steady stream of bubbles coming from the bottom of the glass. Head retention for days.
S: Up front an almost toasted oak note before jumping into all sorts of funky farmhouse, burned rubber/mineral, stinky cheese, lemon juice and over ripened fruit smells.
T: Oaky start before leading into apple vinegar, rotting fruit, horse blanket, a heavy lactic acid and an lemon juice sourness. There's a unique mineral and bitter character that sticks out as well. Nice wheat cracker finish.
Mf: Light body with a very prickly carbonation that really brings out the acidity in the beer. Once you adjust thought it's highly drinkable and even thirst quenching.
Overall: A great interpretation of an authentic geuze. Lots of weird funky and sour flavors that set it apart from the American sour ales. Recommended and easy to find.
