Poured into a stange which lead to an enormous head. Patience required to finished the pour. The head was a mix of small to medium bubbles. Dark yellow with some staining from the sediment when I accidentally allowed some to escape the bottle. Label says this beer was good until March 10, 2028.
Initially the beer had a strong barnyard smell. But as it settled down, the nose was reduced to a more chalky earthy odor. If that earlier smell remained, this would have scored higher.
Taste is dryer than a longhorn skull in a Texas desert. A slight hint of tartness reminds you that it is a lambic and not a crisp oddly flavored wine. I wish either the dryness or the tartness lingered a bit longer.
Mouthfeel was limited to the tongue and palate, clearly caused by the arid nature of the drink. However, the impact on the tongue and palate is sizable. Bubbles tingle wherever touched, making for an interesting experience where the remainder of your mouth wishes the bottle had been a 750ml.
This is drinkable. The 6% is hardly noticeable. If you like beers that lack noticeable sweetness and are sans hops, if you are thirsty or being forced to eat from a relish tray during a football game, then give a couple of these a chance.

375ml bottle served in a flute glass.
A: Pours a yellow to orange color. A little bit cloudy. Lots of carbonation coming from the bottom. Forms a big and very bubbled (alive) white head. Fizzy with a great retention but only few lacings formed and left in the glass
S: Smell is quite grainy and fruity. Characteristic Lambic character. Notes of pale fruits like white grapes, apples and peaches. Vinegar. Sour with a metallic and slightly flowery hops in the end
T: Strong notes of fruits and pale malts in upfront. White grapes, apples and peaches. Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of Lambic yeasts. In overall, a quite dry taste. Sour and vinegar but not overwhelming. Quite smooth, I would say. Lovely Gueuze
M: Light and carbonated body. Malty, fruity and mainly metallic aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Great Gueuze. Lambic fans will really enjoy it as I did...
