12.7oz bottle poured into tulip glass

A: Beautiful Dark Dark red/Purple color. Minimal lavender colored head. Impossible to see through.

S: Dark cherries, slight balsamic vinegar, tart, bright and fresh.

T: Smoothe, Juicy black cherries, tart, light, semi sweet, dry finish

M: Light bodied and semi dry

O: Enjoyed. Much dark cherry flavor than I recall having in some other Krieks I have had. Great blend as well. Somewhere between tart and sour. Has that lovely sour quality but a smoothe body that balances that out.

Best before 28-10-2029, bet you that sucker would be vinegar by then! Picked this up at Macadoodles, Springdale, AR

Pours a chestnut tinged purple with 2 fingers of fast falling pink head. Some head retention & lacing

S: Leather & sour cherry

T: Follows the nose, pretty much, loads of tartness. Cherry & a touch of oaky dryness as this warms. Finishes puckery & slightly tart

MF: Light bodied, delicate, but noticable carbonation

Drinks easy, not as tart as I figured. I might sit on that bottle of Gueze for a while to get some more age on it. Well worth a try, but not world-class by any means & pricey to boot

6.5% ABV. 12.7 fl oz green glass bottle with hood and wire cap over a cork served into a Guinness goblet in me gaff in high altitude Castle Rock, Colorado. Reviewed live.

Served refrigerator cold. Side-poured with standard vigor as no carbonation issues are anticipated.

A: Pours a two finger pink colour head of nice cream and thickness, and good retention. Lacing is a bit restrained. Body colour is a dull amber-ruby. No yeast particles are visible. No bubble show.

Sm: Tart cherry, bacterial character, and clean fruit esters. An above average strength aroma.

T: Nicely tart and bacterial, with restrained sourness. Balanced and enjoyable, but still lacking. A tasty brew. I'd have this again.

Mf: Smooth and wet. Enjoyable. Great carbonation and thickness. Complements the flavour profile nicely.

Dr: Quite drinkable and enjoyable. I'd definitely have it again. Quite a tasty sour. Very enjoyable.

Served cold in glass beer snifter at Fat Pour, Chicago

A) Deep hazy beet red soup with bright violet red foamy head that never quits.

S) Spicey sweet, citrus juice, sour dough -- classic Belgian Kriek

T) Wonderful! If you like Kriek, you like this. Sweet & Sour cherries, under cooked malt, vineger, nutmeg, mild hops but very complex

M) Sticky sweet, full bodied and loads of fine, bottle conditioned carbonation.

O) Outstanding - one of the standards for Belgian Kriek.

A - Pours a dark red with a bit of purple mixed in with a finger of frothy pinkish head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some lacing.

S - Aroma is a mix of sour cherries, wheat, funky farmhouse smells, vanilla, oak, and some lemon zest.

T - Starts off with a mix of strong sour cherries with some wheat, vanilla, and a touch of citrus zest. Through the middle, the sourness continues to build with some tartness and funky farmhouse flavors coming through, some oak, and a bit of funky yeast. The finish is mix of sour cherries, oak, vanilla, wheat, tart, and funky flavors.

M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sour, tart, and dry finish.

D - Very drinkable. Very bold and sour, but still smooth and decently balanced.

Thanks Rempo!!

A- Pours a dark red/marroon with a one inch pink head

S- Nice tart cherry in front and this odd metalic scent in the end, weird but I kinda like it

T- More of the same from the nose. Really like the front end cherry sourness but right in the end of the mouth it goes metalic

M- Pretty smooth with some carbonation to clean things up

O- Decent kriek, probably wouldnt pursue on a reguarl basis but I enjoyed consuming it

BIg foam in the tall Cristal Alken glass which settles down nicely. The surprise is the Technicolor bright beet-colored head. The beer itself is a rusty cherry color.

The fruit flavor is unmistakable and thoroughly pleasant. The sugar is more fermented out of this compared to some of the popular Krieks. A malty flavor emerges after the cherries. There is a little sour touch, but just enough to give it an edge, and more like the tartness of fruit than a bacterial acidity.

Totally great beer with a wonderful fruity flavor and a highly drinkable character. From the 37.5 ml corked bottle purchased at Beer And Gin House in Gent.

500ml bottle served in a Morte Subite chalice.

A: Pours a deep amber to violet color forming a big bubbled aired fizzy ping head. Medium retention and a thin bubbled layer that lasts for long time. Almost no lacings left

S: Fruit and tart. Cherry juice wi notes of metallic carbonation and Lambic yeasts

T: Follows the nose. Slightly sweet upfront, intense cherry tartness. Overall dry taste with. Rust metal finish

M: Light body and high carbonation. Very smooth mouth sensation to a Kriek beer. It's a tart but not extremely acid beer. Aftertaste is mainly tart with metallic notes

O: Absolutely drinkable. Excellent quality Belgian Kriek which can be easily compared with a Cantillon or a Drie Fonteinen
