This revamped version of a Barley Creek classic represents the style of Southern English Brown Ale. Rich and complex, this beer delivers flavors and aromas of coffee, english biscuits, caramel and toffee. Low enough abv to drink a lot, but tasty enough to savor each sip. Available year round at the brewpub and on tap at select local establishments

Was able to try this courtesy of of Tom S. Thanks bud!

A - Brown pour with a thin white foam. Minimal carbonation. Slight lacing.

S - Smell of caramel malt, similar to a Newcastle Brown. Slight smell of toffee.

T - Nice drinking ale that has notes of caramel, toffee, and butterscotch.

M - Very drinkable. About as good as a beer can be on a hot day. Not watery; just an enjoyable beer.

O - Hit the spot, and a solid representation of the style. I'd try this again if it is available.
