330ml bottle served in its own Weizen style glass.
A: Pours a cloudy yellow color forming a big and creamy white head. Good retention and some thin and lingering lacings in the glass
S: Very spice and herby in the nose. Strong notes of coriander, orange zest, sweet pale grains, wheat and flowery hops. Fruity and but at the same time, bready
T: Sweet upfront. Very spice taste as expected by the smell. Notes of oranges, pale malts and wheat. Very light bitterness. Quite close to a Witbier
M: Light body. Medium carbonation and a slightly sweet and spicy aftertaste
O: Excellent drinkability. Great Weissbier/Witbier ;)

Pours hazy yellow with medium white head
Smells of fruits and spices.
Tastes fruity (pears and apples) with some clove spiciness. Some bubblegum sweetness on the end.
Mouthfeel- Crisp and refreshing with some good carbonation.
Overall- Really good beer. I bought it because it was only 3.50 at the super market but man was I pleasantly surprised. Great summer beer which I will be coming back to when it gets hotter.

Poured into the Edelweiss glass, one finger of head on a hazy light straw colored body.
The aroma is faint lemon. Some more of something would have been nice.
The taste is wheat throughout with some mild lemon bitterness. Enjoyable.
The texture is smooth with moderate carbonation.
An enjoyable drink that tends towards a single wheat profile.

A: Big white head which dissipates. Cloudy but bright light yellow coloured body.
S: Citrus and herbs. Coriander and orange at the forefront.
T: Wow! A huge dose of perfumy fruit, particularly peach and apricot with something of a citrusy feel. Almost unnatural tasting, like Bassetts Refreshers or even like the scent of a rather pleasant laundry powder. There's a bit of a spicy pepperiness, maybe some star anise and definitely some coriander. Not a grainy Weissbier – very bright tasting.
O: I usually find perfumy beers sickly but this is the most refreshing beer I've ever had.

330ml bottle poured into tulip 4/1/12
A hay golden yellow with a two finger that quickly falls to a thick film that leaves a couple partial rings of lace
S floral, with some bubblegum, dried banana, lemon, and some clove
T a little herbal with more bubblegum and some dry cereal then the smell but other then that similar to the nose
M light and fluffy from the bubbles, on the verge of foam but not quite, pretty refreshing stuff with a lingering wheaty aftertaste
O I didn't expect much from this one but I thought it was pretty good, I'd drink it again it would make a good summer session brew
not sure what they use to "herb" this one but I rather liked it and will slam a few of these come summer
