Bar Volo English mild caskfest. Deep gold body, no head. Some fruitiness. Just hops and water. Passable beer,though no aroma, 35 IBU is allright. Better as it warms. Maybe some tweaks and absolute freshness and this can be something.Average mouthfeel for a cask.

Hazy pale golden colour, ring of soapy cask head, no lacing. Smell is very floral, loads of tropical fruit, decent malt presence as well but this one is hop driven for sure, pineapple and citrus, lightly buttery perhaps light diacetyl. Taste is full of tropical fruit, pineapple, some grapefruit flavours, good bitterness throughout, tons of citrus, malt comes in towards middle and finish, light diacetyl butter notes but it works and isn't offensive. Lightly carbonated, good cask feel, med-full weight, nice body. I liked this one, really solid, can be a sessionable beer, tons of citrus and flavour good stuff.
