A - Pours a clean, clear yellow. Head is short and short-lived. No lacing. Light carbonation.
S – Slightly musty and slightly fruity with sweet, tangy notes coming along in the second whiff.
T – Low carbonation yields to freshness and slightly fruity esters followed by butter and balanced malt and hops. Pine needles are in there somewhere.
M – Slightly chewy, on the heavy side of pale ales. Good body but carbonation is lacking.
O – An overall satisfying, refreshing APA that finishes wet and slightly sweet. Carbonation was a disappointment.

This poured a straw gold with a slight haze, 1" head of foam and decent lacing.
It had a nice grassy/piney hop nose with very light sense of grain.
The taste kind of surprised me. Very nice indeed. The hoppy smell got into the taste big time. Lots of grass and pine with a hint of tropical fruit and there's even some malt sweetness to bring some balance.
Very nice mouth feel and quite drinkable. If you like APAs that aren't shy with the hops, you *should* like this one.
