12 oz bottle into a Becker glass.
L: SRM 3 Pours crystal clear light caramel gold color with a fizzy white head that goes quickly to light edge foam, a few steady large carbonation bubbles, little to no lacing.
S: A very distant noble hop note, light malts with warming. Very simple.
T: A light hop bite, light caramel malts, background pastry dough, corn, light grains.
F: Gentle and fairly smooth with a medium-light body and a fast & lightly dry finish. A little bit slick in the finish.
O: Very easy to drink with light sweetness. Smooth for its style and has a pleasant taste. Crushable and I wouldn't turn one down. It is okay in its style.

Poured from a clear bottle into a point glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden straw color with a small head of fizzy white foam. The head fades very fast, leaving just a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is light overall, with some notes of grain and bread and a bit of corn and caramel. Along with these smells are a touch of must and hay.
Taste – The taste is like what may have been anticipated form the nose with a light grain and caramel flavor matched with some light hay. There is a touch of caramel and corn and a bit of a paper and cardboard like taste. Light notes of earth are mixed in there as well, leaving one with a rather dry and somewhat bland (for a light lager) taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is very light and thin with a medium carbonation level. Great for the style and the drinkability.
Overall – It will work on a hot day under the sun. For a light brew its OK.

10 ounce cans poured into a tumbler style pint glass and from the can.
L: Clear, pale-golden, foamy white head has moderate retention, leaves a bit of lace.
S: Not a robust nose, grainy malt, some corn.
T: More flavor than expected, sweet and malty, corn, seems under attenuated for a Light Lager, some hop flavor underneath, mild bitterness.
M: Approaches medium-weight but light enough to still be refreshing, moderate carbonation gives crisp edges.
O: Decent enough beach brew and meal beer, better than expected for style.

A light beer to beat the heat, not to twirl your mustache with. Not a whole lot to savor, but what it lacks in flavor, it makes up in refreshment. Unassuming, crisp and subtly malty. Keeps the humidity in check and your face smiling. It reminds me of home, beautiful for what it is and what it represents.

Corny, wheaty, fizzy, but delivers a nice refreshing experience when enjoyed ice cold with some comida Latino.
