A: Orange-honey color. Cloudy, with a thin white head.

S: Sweet smell of sugars, some yeast. Get some orange in there as well.

T: Dry acidity up front, slighty tangy with some mild orange flavors. Some honey notes in the finish. Very faint grassy hops on the side of the tongue, but otherwise, hops not really there (nor do I expect them to be).

M: Carbonated, fizzy on the tongue.

D: It's tangy acidity takes up a lot of the taste. It gets better as it warms with that tanginess lessening, but no dominant flavors that just pop. It's drinkable, probably wouldn't buy a six pack of it. Pretty standard wheat ale

12 oz bottle. Pours a glowing hazy golden orange with a fizzy white head that quickly dissipates to a small collar that leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is lots of sweet honey with earthy vegetal notes.

The flavor is some sweet honey and earthy grains. The mouthfeel is medium bodied but pretty washed out and watery.

Overall, this is a pretty bland beer. Not offensive and slightly better than macros, but not something I would seek out.

Poured, swirled and poured (according to label instructions) and received a huge head on top of a beautifully murky golden color.

Flowery aroma reveals a hint of honey and a touch of hops. Straightforward and fairly simple.

Flavor begins with an unsubtle honey smack, with the wheat detectable and a lowkey spiciness, like coriander, in the background. Has a slightly lemony, grassy finish. The mouthfeel leans a tad on the watery side, it's buttery but a little too thin. Could've used a creamier body.

Reminds me of Magic Hat's Circus Boy. Ultimately the majority of U.S. brewers doing wheat beers either 1) aren't trying to emulate the Germans, or 2) cannot possibly beat the Germans at one of their best games. But I like this and wouldn't ever turn it away. It refreshes and satisfies well enough, much like a good witbier actually. Thanks to mnwags for this bottle.

Poured a hazy straw color with 1" white head. Some head tention & a little lacing

S: Slight sweet malt

T: Tart malt & dryness. Hints of grass & malt sweetness follow. Finishes semi-sweet, tart & dry& oh yeah, crisp

MF: Medium bodied, low carbonation & pretty good balance

Drinks pretty easy & the honey in this restrained enough to not detract. Wheat beer fans will enjoy this

Appearance - thick hazy honey color, no head at all from my bottle

Smell - very light scents I could not place

Taste - smooth thick pleasant taste, slight hint of sweet honey on the palate

Mouthfeel - light bodied, very low carbonation

Drinkability - this is a happy beer, the taste and smoothness made a good team. I would drink this again.

12 oz bottle with missing notches on the bottled on portion of the label. Pours an extremely hazy, nearly opaque, dark gold color. Foam is not as voluminous as many wheat beers, but the retention and lacing are about par for the course.

Nose smells like honey, sweet cream, butter and Ritz crackers. There is some snappy wheat aromas to be found in there as well, but certainly bright and fresh do not come to mind with this one. I am surprised at how much the real honey smell comes through.

Wow, this one is quite the sweetie. Honey drizzled whipped cream on top of a caramel shake! Body is very creamy and full, almost leaving a coating on the roof of my mouth. Not much in the way of hops to balance out the sweetness on this brew, but that is probably what Bristol intended here. I won't mind at all finishing this single my pops brought me back from Colorado (Thanks Dad!), but more than a couple of these would be tough with the heavy cream sweetness.

First had: on tap at their brewpub / tasting room

Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow with a minimal white head. Smell of honey, grains, and hay. Taste was pretty nice up front, with pale malts, grains, and sweet honey, but soon faded to a bitter metallic taste, and seemed to have a texture more of a blonde ale or lager than a wheat beer. Not too bad, but I didn't really care for it.

Bottle labeled bottle on 4th week of May (making this about 6 months old).

Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of wheat, honey with light citrus. Tastes of wheat, lemons with a light honey sweetness to it.

pulled from a tap into an imperial pint

a: opaque golden hue. pours about a 1 finger foamy white head. settles fairly slowly leaving a small blanket of foam and a beer ring. nice smattering of spiderweb lacing.

s: subtle wheat nose. not much more.

t: wheat, sourdough bread, and a bit of oregano.

m: light and refreshing. a bit of a bitter aftertaste.

d: goes down easy without much resistance.

nice atmosphere. solid golden appearance with a decent head and some really persistent lacing. nose is pretty non descript. just a hint of grain, not much else. flavor a light wheat base with a bit of Italian spice. overall, this is a good quaff.
