On nitro-tap at Freshcraft in Denver, CO.
Pours a crystal clear honey orange color with a 1 inch white head that lasts. Thick walls of foam coat the glass on the drink down. Smells of citrus zest, pine, and malt. Taste is of citrus zest/pine, sweet malt, and slight tropical fruit notes. Medium hop bitterness on the palate after each sip. This beer is very thick and creamy from the nitro tap but it seems a bit flat. Overall, this is a pretty good beer and the first IPA I have had on nitro-tap. It would be interesting to compare this beer from a regular tap side by side. My first beer from Bristol.
Serving type: nitro-tap
