Our summer seasonal is not your father’s pilsner. Bright gold in color, this pilsner harkens back to its true European origins with a flavor that's light and refreshing, yet absolutely memorable. Pilsen barley lends a traditional malt component, while fine Czech and German hops add a nice snap.

Clear, light yellow body; thin white head, long lasting. Dominant scent of crackers. Cracker-like malt flavor and bitter; grassy and herbal. Medium body; crisp; medium dryness.
A clean, crisp and very satisfying American pilsner.
Pouring temperature: 41.5 ℉

L:. Pours a very straw yellow color with a small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Toasted baked bread, a bit of lemon rind and floral from the hop, smells inviting.
T: Beaked bread, a bit of lemon rind and floral hop, with a slightly stronger than expected bitterness.
F:. Light body, good carbonation.
O:. It's a little more bitter than I like in my pilseners, but still a very nice beer.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a nice small thick/creamy off-white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is slightly hoppy, with some malt notes, nice little citrus going on. The taste is hoppy, kinda malty, kinda citrusy. Medium body, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a tasty brew.
