On-tap at Hotoberfest - sampled multiple times. I'm not sure of the ABV but the brewer mentioned it was around 7%.
Pours a hazy lemon-yellow color with a one-finger white head. The head slowly recedes into a thin layer on top leaving solid lacing.
Smells of sharp lemon rind with equal amounts light malt and wheat twang. Also present are solid amounts of earthy and somewhat leafy hop aromas.
Tastes similar to how it smells, though note as intense. Light malt flavors kick things off and are joined quickly by soft wheat twang. Joining in shortly thereafter are moderate amounts of slightly tart light citrus flavors that are overrun by leafy and slightly herbal hop flavors. The hop and wheat flavors carry through to a crisp and moderately bitter ending.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with active carbonation.
Drinkability is very good. I had no problems finishing my glass and could easily have a few more.
Overall I enjoyed this beer. A cross of two beer styles, one of which themselves is a cross, wit and Belgian IPA, as the Houblon prefix suggests. A well done beer that isn't overpowered by any one facet of either style, well worth a shot.

Pours a very murky white/golden. Small white head that dissipated very quickly.
Aroma of sweet lemonade, fruit and some hints of wheat.
Taste is of passions fruit. Took me a while to figue that one out! But that is definitely it. Also, sweet, cotton candy, lemon and some light wheat.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, slightly dry at the end.
Overall, very drinkable. Refreshing.
