On tap at the Rock Bottom Atlanta location.
Poured into an imperial pint glass.
Amber in color.
Nice two finger head. Sticky lacing too.
Looks good. How about the taste?
Holy mackerel.
Very sweet with the hops trying their damdest to fight through the syrup.

A: "The Loop" IPA as it was called, was served in a pint glass, it arrived with a nice slightly off-white thick head to it that hung around for longer than expected, which provided for some decent lacing. The beer itself was a nice clear reddish color with hints of a copper color to it.
S: The aroma was mainly the hops with a hint of pine and other flora's to it.
T: The taste was to my surprise was better than I expected it would be. Nice bitter hop flavor to it with that hint of pine.
M/D: Overall, this is a very drinkable beer. Medium, creamy body to it. I would order it again if I go back.

"The Loop IPA," as others have mentioned.
Not a bad IPA, better than I was expecting. It looks good, a deep copper with a thin head. Nose is sweet hops, some grapefruit, and a little metal. Taste is a nice amount of hops, with slight sourness and hints of malts. Mouthfeel is dryish but good. Drinkability is not bad either. Above average brew for a Rock Bottom.

Had this on tap at the Rock Bottom in Atlanta. This was dubbed the Loop and it was a very good IPA in my opnion
A - Deep copper color with a finger and half head that quickly fell with little to no lace on the sides
S - Piney, citrus hops with a hint of biscuit
T - Good hop bite moving smoothly to malted biscuit taste then finishing with just a smaller bite
M - This tasted crisp and clean with the right amount of carbonation
D - This was a very drinkable beer and complitmented the green salad I had. Overall I would have this again and could see why some would say this is the reason they go back to Rock Bottom

This was called "Loop" IPA. Since it looked like the typical offering, I placed it here rather than add a new beer.
Clear and amber with a liberal amount of lace on the glass.
The aromas are typical of an American version of IPA--lots of hops with touch of malt.
Most notable in the taste is the mouthfeel. This is a rich IPA, almost creamy. The flavor profile is what one would expect--a high-hopped ale.
This is an easy drinking beer....nothing special but it doesn't need to be

Had this both on cask and on tap. The difference is significant. It's dry hopped, it's very good. Lots of lace. Hoppy aroma. Cask conditioned is very flavourful, and the taste lingers. Fuggle hops. Copper with nice head. Not to be missed.I would have taken back bottles.

Pours a hazy copper with a thin ivory head but heavy lacing anyway. Smells of citrus and an assertive bitterness.
Taste is alot of grapefruit. Lots of citrus in this one. hints of orange and lemon as well. Lightly sweet malt with a solid bitterness in the finish. A bit creamy in the mouth with a nice biting bitter aftertaste. Strikes me a bit like an ESB instead of an IPA but no matter. A very good beer, much better than I was expecting and so drinkable I had two.

Served in a proper 20 oz Imperial pint glass. The beer was a nice bronze with a decent head and some lacing.
Smell was of citrusy hops. Very bracing on the nose.
The taste was nice and biting. This is a well hopped beer, but the bitterness seems to be kept in check by some decent malting. Nice almost oily hop taste and just hints of fresh bread in the background.
Mouthfeel was nice and the carbonation seemed spot on for style. Easy to drink beer. I wonder what the ABV is. The best beer I have had at this Rock Bottom.
